This is a blog about the life of Shana-Lynn and Jack, Team SJ. Though we were not together for a very long time, we lived our life to the greatest extent possible. I miss her very much and hope this blog brings joy and happiness to those who read it. I want people to know how important it is to enjoy each day as it comes and do your best to embrace it.  Do not sweat the small issues in life and as many have said before, don't go to bed with a conflict unresolved. We never did. We also told each other we loved each other every day. Do your best every day to love and life will give you someone as amazing as my beloved Shana-Lynn. As I have time, I will post our memories from our time together. She is now in heaven waiting for me.
